Linton Furniture was founded in 1939 by Mr and Ms Linton at the very beginning of the Second World War. They settled on Ogilvy street near the Canadian Pacific train station now the Parc metro station. Their goal was to offer to local residents, quality furniture at an affordable price to help in the aftermath of the great depression of 1929. Then the store offered everything from appliances to electronics, furniture and kitchen accessories. Since then, the store has specialized in standard and custom household furniture.

In 1991, Michel Grignon took over the store and perpetuated the Linton tradition; the name, the catalogue customization concept at incredible prices. All of these factors make Linton Furniture the biggest small store in the Montreal Area. With well over 150 companies to choose from, manufacturers from Quebec to Europe and the United States, choices abound.

You will find at Linton Furniture everything for your house all from the finest dinning room and bedrooms to amazing choices for your living room. You will also find the finest lamps, handmade rugs, mirrors, paintings and all on special ordered for you.
